Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and ensuring top-tier quality standards? We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to join our headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany. In this crucial role, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for establishing and tracking processes as well as leading certification processes to elevate our operational efficiency and quality benchmarks.
Your profile
You thrive in structured environments and possess a genuine passion for process management and quality assurance. Key qualifications and attributes include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Initial professional experience in process management and certification processes, preferably in a tech or manufacturing company.
- Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and tracking operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific certification standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Solution-oriented mindset, reliability, and proactive approach to work.
- Initiative and autonomy in generating and implementing ideas.
Your Responsibilities Include:Process Establishment & Tracking (60%):- Develop, implement, and maintain cross-functional operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and workflow maps.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes across departments.
Certification Processes (40%):- Lead the company’s certification efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage certification project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate successful certification audits.
- Ensure continuous compliance with certification standards through regular reviews and updates.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on certification requirements and best practices.
