Your mission

As a Delivery Manager/PMO, you will play a key role in bridging cross-functional collaboration between IT, domain experts, and product teams to drive efficient and high-quality project execution. You will establish and maintain project management frameworks, refine processes, and ensure alignment across teams, contributing to the success of technology-driven products and initiatives.

Your Role in More Detail:

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT, domain expertise, and product departments to foster innovation.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to communicate with customers and understand their expectations.
Product and Project Management:
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog in collaboration with engineering teams to design and build the product.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly understood across the entire development process.
- Analyze technical and business requirements for the compilation of user stories.
- Support the development team in their day-to-day activities.
- Cooperate with the development team to refine and improve the Agile process.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Establish performance metrics and a KPI framework to measure project and product success.
- Communicate project status to Product Management and other stakeholders.
- Lead sprint reviews while closely monitoring implementation status.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Robotics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
At least 2 years of experience in product or project management in the tech industry, particularly in driving technology-based products such as SaaS or intelligent technology initiatives.
Proven ability to collaborate with IT, engineering, and project management teams effectively.
Expertise in Scrum-based Agile engineering methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Strong ability to analyze and compile user stories and technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A passion for innovation and future mobility trends, particularly in the tech and automotive industries.
Fluent in both written and spoken English. German is a plus.
